According to Robb Report, the Hampton’s have two zip codes that are in the top five most expensive in the nation…Sagaponack & Watermill.

Sagaponack’s median price is $3.13m, and Watermill’s median price is $5.7 million. In 2024 the Hampton’s continued to see prices climb across most all of the towns.

Over the past week there were 24 Listings that went into contract from Westhampton to Montauk.

Compared to this same week last year (2024), there were 33 Listings that went into contract.

Which is a year over year DECREASE of 27%. 

This same week in 2023, there were 22 Listings that went into contract.

Compared to this past week, it’s an INCREASE of 9%.
