Here’s what happened in the Hampton’s market over the past week:


Over the past week there were 21 Listings that went into contract from Westhampton to Montauk.

Compared to this same week last year (2024), there were 26 Listings that went into contract.

Which is a year over year DECREASE of 19%.

 

This same week in 2023, there were 29 Listings that went into contract.

Compared to this past week, it’s a DECREASE of 28%

                                                 

The breakdown of these 21 Transactions are:

1 Between $5 and $10 Million

5 Between $3 and $5 Million

10 Between $2 and $3 Million

4 Between $1 and $2 Million

1 Under $1 Million 

 

Over the past week, the Dollar Volume was $57 Million.

Compared to this same week last year (2024), the Dollar Volume was $140 Million.

Which is a year over year DECREASE of 59%.

 

This same week in 2023, the Dollar Volume was $83 Million.

Compared to this past week, it’s a DECREASE of 31%.

  

This past week there were 37 New Listings coming onto the market.
